1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the api666 website accessible at https://api666.cam, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, sub-domains, and application programming interfaces operated by api666.
• "Player" / "User" / "Account Holder" means any natural person who has registered a valid account with api666 and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on the Platform, which records the Player's personal details, transaction history, balance, and preferences.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds credited to a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" means any non-cash promotional credit, free-spin award, cashback, or reload credit granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements and conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process by which api666 confirms a Player's identity, age, and country of residence through the review of government-issued documentation.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and from which api666 does not accept registrations.
• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, directives, codes of practice, and judicial decisions that apply to the operation of the Platform in the relevant jurisdiction.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of api666, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, governmental actions, cyber-attacks, or third-party service outages.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with api666 and to use any feature of the Platform, including free-play modes. api666 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with Indonesian norms for adult entertainment services. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned after verification, subject to fraud screening.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is primarily designed for players who are residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that your use of api666 does not violate the laws of your country of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting and gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. api666 reserves the right to refuse or restrict service to players from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. api666 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity verification tools to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate accounts detected will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

2.4 Personal Use Only

Your Account is for your personal use only. Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise granting access to your Account to any third party is forbidden. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. api666 may reject any application where the information provided cannot be verified or appears to be fictitious.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

api666 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before activating bonus promotions. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driver's licence);
• A document confirming your residential address dated within the last three months — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence;
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, as requested by our compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until documentation is provided. api666 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. api666 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. In the event of unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify api666 support immediately at [email protected]. api666 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.

3.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on api666 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits received in alternative currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. api666 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

api666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following locally integrated payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

api666 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum single deposit; however, your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. All deposits are processed in real time during provider operating hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to verified BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts are typically processed within 3–5 minutes during banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours will be queued and processed at the next available window. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. api666 does not charge withdrawal fees; any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

api666 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending:

• Completion of KYC identity verification;
• Fulfilment of applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• Fraud or anti-money-laundering screening;
• A reasonable request for additional documentation where suspicious activity has been flagged.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the api666 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

api666 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. We monitor all transactions for unusual patterns. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory authorities. Deposits that cannot be reasonably attributed to legitimate sources may be returned and the relevant Account suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by api666 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer (the "Promotion Terms"), which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. Where the Promotion Terms conflict with these Terms, the Promotion Terms shall prevail for the specific offer in question.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game categories will be stated clearly in the Promotion Terms for each offer. Bets placed on excluded game titles will not count towards wagering requirements. api666 does not retroactively alter published wagering requirements for active bonuses.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the Promotion Terms. Bonuses that are not wagered to the required level within the stated period will be forfeited without replacement. The expiry clock begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the Player's Account, not from the date of the qualifying deposit.

5.4 Maximum Bet Rule

While an active bonus is in the Player's Account, the maximum permitted single bet or game round stake is Rp 200.000 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the Promotion Terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at api666's discretion, and any winnings derived from such bets may be forfeited.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

api666 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to fulfil requirements, using arbitrage strategies, coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.

5.6 One Bonus Per Player

Unless specifically stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. api666 reserves the right to limit or withdraw any bonus offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform (indicated by the issuance of a bet reference number), it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. api666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on incorrectly priced markets, or in violation of these Terms.

6.2 Sportsbook

Football betting on api666 — including pre-match and in-play markets, bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, handicap (voor bola, a points-start betting format), and mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple selections) markets — is governed by the specific sport rules published in the Platform's help section. All football results are determined by the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "including extra time" or "tournament winner").

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the applicable game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, etc.) as published by the game provider (Evolution Gaming or equivalent). In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game provider's disconnection policy, which is displayed within the game interface.

6.4 Slots and RNG Games

All slot and Random Number Generator (RNG) game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel. api666 does not manipulate game outcomes. The Platform's certified RNG is audited by an independent third-party testing laboratory.

6.5 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from official draw organisations (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, or equivalent). api666 is not responsible for errors or delays in draw result publication by the originating organisation. Disputed draw results will be resolved in accordance with the official result as published by the draw organisation, which shall be final and binding.

6.6 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or display of an incorrect price, api666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes situations where a palpable error in odds (a price significantly at variance with the true market odds) has occurred. api666 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

7 Responsible Gaming

api666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, reality-check reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are available to every Player at no charge from the Account settings panel.

Players who wish to self-exclude may do so for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the api666 brand name, logo, trademarks, graphic design elements, software, source code, databases, game assets, written content, and user interface — is the exclusive intellectual property of api666 or its licensed third-party suppliers. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, transmitted, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of api666.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api666 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, third-party service interruptions, or telecommunications failures;
• Actions or omissions of payment service providers, game content providers, or other third parties integrated into the Platform;
• Losses attributable to the Player's own failure to secure their Account credentials or device.

In no event shall api666's total aggregate liability to any individual Player exceed the value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

api666 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations. All data is held on encrypted servers and protected by industry-standard security measures.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Termination by api666

api666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity, identity theft, or misrepresentation;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors;
• Match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Evidence that the Account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age;
• A regulatory requirement or court order to do so.

Where an Account is closed by api666 for legitimate cause, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of fraudulently obtained winnings and associated costs may be returned to the Player via the original deposit method at api666's discretion.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which api666 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

You agree that by using the Platform you are voluntarily and knowingly subjecting yourself to the jurisdiction stated above. Nothing in this clause limits api666's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraudulent activity.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions.
